Why won’t the retractable cable retract?
This retractable cable has 5 length presets, you can customize the stretch length to meet different charging needs, and if there is a snag in retracting it, please gently pull back horizontal for natural retraction, avoid folding or twisting.
The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn’t work anymore, how to process it?
This is likely due to a blown fuse. You can open the compartment at the back of the adapter (labeled as “Spare Fuse”) and replace the fuse. If it still doesn’t work, please email Baseus for further assistance.
What is the input voltage of this travel adapter?
Rated voltage 100-250V, 50/60hz, Max 1250W at 125V & 2500W at 250V. The travel adapter cannot convert AC voltages, only plug types. Please check the operating voltage range for all your electronic devices before using the AC outlet for safety.
Why the output of this adapter can’t reach 70W when charging my devices?
The maximum output power of 70W is achievable only when a single USB-C1 (Retractable Charging Cable) is used and the connected device requires 70W. The output of USB-C2 and USB-A1 are 60W max.
How to switch plug types? Why is the lock unstable?
Each time you insert a plug, be sure to push the lock button to the innermost end of the slide rail to ensure that the lock is secure and will not retract. Only one plug can be used at a time. After inserting any plug, the others will be locked.

I went through three countries and ended up in California for work – had this working for me everywhere and it was a game changer. Pack lighter with fewer blocks and cables with this little gem. I forget what i paid but it was reasonable and worth it.Product request: please add a small (enough to charge my iphone once) battery pack inside and I’ll buy one for everyone I know!

Compact, versatile, super-fast charging
Haven’t used it overseas yet, but from past experience and how my other travel adapter looks and works this is a big improvement. It super-fast charges my phone, so I keep it plugged in at home all the time now. I have no doubt it will work wonderfully overseas.

Great Travel Adapter with Smart Design
This is a very good product, exactly as described. The retractable cable is a clever feature that makes it compact and easy to carry, although it is a bit short for daily use, which is understandable given its travel-oriented design. The build quality feels solid, and it works well in different regions around the world.One thing that could make it even better would be a second USB-C port. At the moment, it has only one USB-C port, since the other “port” is actually the retractable cable. Despite that, it is an excellent and practical device, ideal for travelers who want a reliable, all-in-one charging solution.

Update: Baseus CS reached out to take care of the damaged product. At the very least, if you run into issues with this product, it’s good to know that they will reach out to help you.Relatively compact and has a good selection of USB ports plus a standard US plug. 70w rating allows for moderately powered laptops to be charged while in use.It’s slightly heavy, which unfortunately causes an issue if it falls from a loose socket, even at low heights. Mine fell maybe about a foot to a vinyl floor and the top slider tab immediately broke, which now renders the unit useless for anything other than Europe/Korea.It definitely needs to be a bit more robust in that area or have a recessed design to prevent this from happening. It’s a lot of money spent to have only used for one trip.

Lifesaver for travel abroad
I got this as i needed a travel plug for my trip to italy and this was on a good sale. This item was a lifesaver, and the built in retractable cable was super handy in the event i forgot a different cable or needed to charge multiple items at once. Its pretty compact given that all the ports it has and abilities it has. Ultimately, a life saver and a must buy if you are traveling

Un produit très pratique pour les voyageurs impénitents car c’est un tout en en un, il fera à la fois office d’adaptateur et de chargeur USB (mais ne dispose pas de batterie).Avec une construction très bien finie (cela se sent directement au toucher) dans un plastique de qualité assez rare dans ce genre de produit, la qualité perçue est très bonne.Il reste assez encombrant par rapport à des adaptateurs tous simples, et est lourd (400 g).Côté adaptateur il dispose de 4 formats de prises mâles et/ou femelles (prises Europe, US, UK et Australie). A noter qu’il n’y a pas de prise de terre, seule la prise UK a un plot de terre mais c’est en fait un détrompeur en plastique, donc vous ne pourrez vous en servir que pour alimenter des petits équipements électroniques sans terre.A noter aussi que la prise mâle AUS est la même que l’US, il suffit de faire une petite rotation des lames.Ces 4 formats couvrent non seulement les pays cités, mais comme indiqué aussi des dizaines d’autres, car beaucoup de pays ont adopté ces formats (format US en Amérique du Sud, format UK dans les ex-colonies britanniques, format Europe en Afrique, format Australie en Asie, etc…).Il est facile de passer d’un format à un autre en tirant sur une languette, la mécanisme est bon et fluide, il ne bloque pas comme certains et surtout il y a un verrouillage, pour rentrer la prise il faut appuyer sur le bouton sinon elle est bloquée, ce qui assure plus de stabilité, un bon point.Question sécurité, elle dispose de 2 fusibles internes de 10A, là aussi encore un bon point.Côté chargeur, elle dispose de 2 ports USB-A dont la capacité de sortie est 5W pour l’un et 60W pour l’autre, puis d’un port USB-C à 60W et un câble USB-C rétractable de 75cm à 70W.Attention aux combinaisons car quand on utilise plusieurs ports en même temps, il faudra se partager le gâteau … qui tombe autour de 60W en usage multiple, la notice est bien explicative et donne les limites dans toutes les combinaisons (difficile à retenir ..).En conclusion, le produit est pratique, pour un prix élevé, mais qui correspond à la fois à se capacité et aussi à sa qualité (sans un des modèles les mieux finis que j’ai pu avoir). Doté de ports en charges rapides et son fameux câble rétractables, il est complet, dommage qu’il soit aussi cher mais il sera durable.
