my husband loves it, I bought 3 different kinds and this was the least expensive and yet the most comfortable according to my husband. The other ones were not as soft and one was lumpy and more money. not woth it. this one is soft and comfy.

Comfortable but didn’t hold up
I bought this because I had to sleep sitting up after surgery and I didn’t want to add a sore neck on top of the other recovery. It didn’t have an odd smell and the size worked well for me and it wasn’t too soft or firm. The foam did end up breaking in half right in the middle, which made it awkard if my head tipped back. It was semi-saved by it’s limited space to separate, but there’s a void since the foam compresses so much and that part is basically like not having the pillow. Fortunately, I was able to make it work until I could sleep in a different position, but it’s not useable any longer and I wouldn’t buy this again.

Mold inside pillows.
I ordered is pillow and was super excited to try it but when it came, it smelled like mildew. So I decided to wash the cover of the pillow and to my surprise, I found mold all over the inside of the pillow. I reached out and asked for a replacement thinking it was only this pillow that had a problem. Once I received the replacement, I noticed that not only did it smell like mildew and had mold on the inside once again, this new one had mold on the outside packaging as well. If there was an option to put zero stars I would.

PERFECT
This pillow is just what I needed for watching TV! I would sometimes fall asleep and wake up with a bent neck skewed towards my hunched shoulder.Now if I happen to fall asleep this pillow keeps my neck straight and my head upright. Much better and no crick in my neck!

Article répondant à mes attentes, il est léger, confortable. Déhoussable facilement afin de laver le tour de cou facilement. Il entre bien dans la housse à laquelle cependant il manque un système pour maintenir le cordon serré.
